Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package's progress until it arrives at your door.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at info@yokroshop.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Yokro Shop is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
