Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.

 

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

• Items you no longer want (for example, wrong size or change of mind)
• Size or color exchanges
• Incorrect or defective products

Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or returned without their original packaging or tags cannot be accepted.

 

Starting a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@yokroshop.com
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
3. Our team will send you the return address and instructions
4. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
5. Ship the package using a carrier of your choice

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.

Once your return is received, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.
We only provide a prepaid return label if the item received was defective or incorrect.
No restocking fees are charged. For your own protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Depending on availability, customers may also request an exchange or store credit.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or color, we're happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Email info@yokroshop.com within the 30-day return window to request an exchange.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Products that are worn, used, or damaged
• Items without original tags or packaging
